You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age to register and use Trikwd. One account per person; no shared or duplicate accounts are permitted.
Deposits via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OVO, DANA, and GoPay are processed in real time. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within stated timeframes per your VIP tier.
All bonuses are subject to stated turnover requirements. Bonus funds must be distinguished from real-money funds until wagering requirements are fully met. Abuse will result in forfeiture.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Trikwd will never ask for your password. Report any suspected unauthorized access to support immediately.
Trikwd provides deposit limits, loss limits, session timers, and self-exclusion tools. Using these tools is your right. If gaming becomes a problem, contact support for immediate assistance.
These Terms are governed by internationally recognized principles of online gaming regulation. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with our Dispute Resolution clause.

By accessing the Trikwd platform — whether by creating an Account, browsing the site, or using any of the Services — you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.
If you are accessing the platform on behalf of another person, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms and that the person meets all eligibility requirements set out in Clause 3.

To register for and use the Trikwd platform, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and throughout your use of the Services:
Age Verification: Trikwd reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age at any time. Accounts found to be held by users under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, and any balance — including winnings — may be forfeited pending investigation.
To access the full range of Trikwd Services, you must create an Account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, a valid email address, and a mobile phone number.
Each User is permitted to hold only one Account on the Trikwd platform. Opening, operating, or being associated with more than one Account — whether under the same or different identity details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Trikwd reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts and withhold any associated balances pending investigation.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Trikwd will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. Any activity conducted through your Account while your credentials are in use — whether authorized by you or not — is your responsibility.
You warrant that all information provided during registration and throughout your use of the platform is truthful, accurate, and up to date. If any of your details change, you must update your Account profile promptly. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate Account suspension and potential forfeiture of funds.
Trikwd uses automated and manual checks to detect duplicate registrations and fraudulent accounts. Users found to be operating multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses will have all associated accounts permanently closed.
Trikwd operates a strict Know Your Customer (KYC) process to verify the identity and age of all registered Users. You may be required to complete KYC verification before making your first withdrawal, when your cumulative deposits exceed specified thresholds, or at any time Trikwd deems verification necessary.
KYC verification typically requires you to submit one or more of the following documents:
Trikwd aims to process KYC submissions within 24–48 hours during standard business days (Monday to Friday, WIB). During peak periods or public holidays such as Idul Fitri, processing times may be extended. You will be notified by email of the outcome of your verification.
Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period of being requested to do so may result in the restriction of your Account, suspension of withdrawal privileges, or permanent closure of your Account at Trikwd's sole discretion.
Trikwd accepts deposits via a range of Indonesian payment channels. All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment account belongs to another person — are strictly prohibited and may result in Account suspension.
The following deposit methods are currently supported on the Trikwd platform:
Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and Account tier. Current limits are displayed on the deposit page within your Account. Trikwd reserves the right to adjust deposit limits at any time.
Local bank transfers and e-wallet deposits are typically credited to your Trikwd Account within minutes of confirmed receipt. Trikwd is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking system outages, or connectivity issues on the part of the User's bank or e-wallet provider.
All transactions on the Trikwd platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). Deposits made in other currencies will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of processing; conversion fees may apply.
Trikwd is committed to processing withdrawal requests promptly and transparently. All withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in your own name, matching the details on your verified Trikwd Account.
Before a withdrawal can be processed, the following conditions must be satisfied:
Standard withdrawal requests are processed within 1–3 business hours for verified Accounts. VIP-tier members enjoy priority processing with target turnaround times as specified in the VIP Program Terms. Withdrawal requests submitted outside of business hours (WIB) will be processed on the next available business day.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and vary by payment method and VIP tier. Trikwd reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks for withdrawal requests that exceed specified thresholds, which may extend processing times.
Trikwd does not charge fees on standard withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees. Please check with your payment provider for details.
Trikwd offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing Users. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the promotion and the general bonus conditions set out in this clause.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they — or any winnings derived from them — can be withdrawn. The applicable turnover multiplier is stated clearly in each promotion's individual terms. Only wagers placed on qualifying games or markets contribute toward the wagering requirement.
Each promotional offer is available to eligible Users only. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, welcome bonuses are available only to Users making their first deposit. Trikwd reserves the right to verify eligibility and to decline bonus requests where eligibility criteria are not met.
Trikwd operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to: hedging bets to reduce risk while completing wagering requirements; using multiple accounts to claim the same offer; and engaging in low-risk betting strategies specifically designed to circumvent wagering requirements. Trikwd reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings where abuse is detected.
Bonus funds and free bets that are not used within the stated validity period will automatically expire and be removed from your Account. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
Trikwd may run time-limited promotions tied to Indonesian cultural events, sporting seasons, or calendar dates. These promotions have their own specific terms and expiry dates and are governed by both those specific terms and this clause.
All sports bets, casino wagers, togel (lottery) entries, sabung ayam (cockfighting) wagers, bandar bola (football pool) stakes, and any other gaming transactions placed on the Trikwd platform are subject to the specific game or sport rules published within the relevant section of the platform.
Trikwd reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason. Bets are not considered accepted until confirmed by the platform and a bet reference number is issued.
In the event of a manifest error in odds, prices, or payouts (including technical errors, human input errors, or data feed errors), Trikwd reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the original stake. We will endeavor to notify affected Users promptly in such circumstances.
Any bet placed on an event where match-fixing, corruption, or irregular activity is subsequently confirmed may be voided by Trikwd at its absolute discretion. Trikwd cooperates with relevant sporting integrity bodies and may share betting data where required for integrity investigations.
Live in-play betting markets may be suspended at any time due to critical match events, technical issues, or data feed interruptions. Bets placed immediately before a market suspension are subject to review and may be voided where it is determined that the User had access to information not yet reflected in the odds.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Trikwd platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where appropriate:
All content on the Trikwd platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, software, graphics, text, game content, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of Trikwd or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, publish, or create derivative works from any part of the Trikwd platform without our express prior written consent.
Your use of the Trikwd platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which sets out how we collect, store, process, and protect your personal data. By using the platform, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Trikwd, its affiliates, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of — or inability to use — the Trikwd platform or Services.
This includes, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, system failure, or the cost of substitute services.
Trikwd makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Trikwd's total liability to any User in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the net deposits made by that User in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You may close your Trikwd Account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon closure, any Real Money Balance remaining in your Account will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to completion of any pending wagering requirements and KYC obligations.
Trikwd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where we have reasonable grounds to believe that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or where continued operation of the Account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or to other Users.
Upon termination, all licenses granted to you under these Terms immediately cease. Clauses relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, dispute resolution, and governing law shall survive termination and continue to apply.
In the event of any dispute arising between you and Trikwd in connection with your Account or these Terms, you should first contact our customer support team at [email protected]. We will use reasonable endeavors to resolve the dispute informally within 14 business days of receiving your written complaint.
If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration administered by a mutually agreed arbitration body under internationally recognized arbitration rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.
Nothing in this clause prevents Trikwd from seeking urgent injunctive or equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate business interests.
Trikwd reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify registered Users via email or via a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect.
Your continued use of the Trikwd platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and close your Account.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was made.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognized principles of online gaming law and contract. The parties agree that the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply to this agreement.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in your jurisdiction that cannot be waived by contract.
